Refunds and your right to cancel

Ask for a refund from support if the eSIM has not been installed and no data has been used. Used data cannot be returned.

Under consumer law you can usually cancel an online purchase within 14 days. An eSIM is digital content that we deliver straight away, so at checkout you agree that it starts immediately and you lose that right once it is delivered.

If we cannot deliver the eSIM, we refund you in full.
